Wave Financial Appoints Constantin Kogan as MD

Wave Financial has named Constantin Kogan as the Managing Director for the Wave Financial Group.
According to a press release, Wave Financial, a venture capital firm based in Los Angeles that offers asset management, treasury management and strategy consulting, has recruited Constantin Kogan as he brings his knowledge and active experience from the digital asset space where he has been responsible for strategic partnerships, market research, fundraising and business development.

Prior to being appointed Managing Director, Kogan has successfully maintained two senior positions simultaneously: including Partner at BitBull Capital and the Founder of Adwivo Inc.

At BitBull Capital, a hedge fund management company, he spent close to three years in the Greater New York Area. Here, as a Partner, he assisted with fundraising, conducted due diligence of the funds and projects, strategic partnerships and educational activities.
Additionally, since June 2015 he has been the founder of Adwivo Inc., a multi-facet digital agency based in New York. This is focused on delivering client results and incredible design generating exceptional digital experiences.
Furthermore, he was a Board Director and the CBO at ABOTMI from December 2018. While he only spent one year at the company, he succeeded in onboarding more than thirty-five partnerships, assisted in the creation of the financial model and fundraising, along with other duties.
Wave Financial Group Also Expands Team
The digital asset investment management firm is broadening its team adding a number of new hires to meet the current momentum of its digital wealth management treasury services and fund product offerings.
One new hire, Jack Lu, who will fill the Client Service Analyst post, has developed investment analysis and client communication when he was a California registered investment advisor. Earlier on, he studied a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Mathematics and Statistics at the University of California, Santa Barbara.
Additionally, Wave Financial has hired Uyanga Batbold as a Trading Analyst. Previously, she worked in various industries as an analyst in investment and risk management.
David Siemer, CEO at Wave, stated: “We are seeing more institutional capital entering the digital asset management space, meaning demand for our fund products and wealth management services continue to grow.
