, an online forex and contract-for-differences (CFDs) broker, announced on Tuesday the appointment of Janne Muta as its chief market analyst.
Muta is an expert in the FX, commodities, and equities markets with over two decades of experience in the industry.
At TIOmarkets, he will be responsible for providing market analysis and will also help traders by providing necessary trading information helping with their financial trading decision.
An industry veteran
Muta has a diverse set of experience in the financial industry. Previously, he headed the research department of HF Markets Europe, the operator of , as its chief market analyst.
He also has extensive experience in managing funds and was the equity funds manager at Finland-based Elite Asset Management for over a couple of years and also a senior investment advisor at OP Financial Group.
He co-founded TradeCompiler software, a rapid trading system modeling and stress testing platform, and was working on the startup for the last three years.
The appointment came at a time as the brokerage is receiving requests for such services from its client base. Notably, TIOmarkets is new to the industry and in June.
To beat the stiff market competition, the brokerage is offering subscription-based trading accounts with zero-commission on trades.
