Beeks Financial Cloud Group said on Tuesday that it has become a Gold Partner of .

The Scottish cloud and low-latency services provider has been working with Equinix for close to a decade. When Beeks was launched back in 2011, the company set up shop in Equinix’s New York-based NY4 International Business Exchange.

Since then the collaboration between the two firms has grown, with Beeks now having a set of operations in ten Equinix data centres in North America, Europe and Asia.
Last year, the Glasgow-based technology provider also joined the Equinix Cloud Exchange Fabric – a platform that allows companies to buy and sell cloud services.
Becoming a Gold Level partner with Equinix indicates that there are considerable benefits – for both parties – to the two firms’ working relationship.
Having Gold Level status means that Beeks will be assigned Equinix business development executives and participate in quarterly business reviews.
