The of BNP Paribas, BNP Paribas Asset Management, announced the appointment of Christopher Dunn to its newly-formed Client Experience team this Monday.
At BNP Paribas AM, Dunn’s new position is the Global Head of Client Satisfaction. According to the statement, he actually joined back in January. Currently, Dunn is based in New York but he will soon be relocating to Paris, where the bank’s headquarters are.
With competition in the financial industry growing each day, the importance of client satisfaction and service that sets a company out from the crowd has also risen. In his newly-created role, Dunn will define and monitor actions that will improve client satisfaction through departmental and regional co-operation within the French firm.
Reporting to Melanie Aimer, the Global Head of Client Experience, Dunn will also be responsible for creating and implementing client-focused activities globally. These will all have the aim to help create a seamless customer journey.

Prior to this, Dunn worked for Fidelity International and at the UK Trade & Investment, the UK Government’s international business development arm. At the beginning of his career in 2006, he was a Congressional Intern in the US House of Representatives for Congressman Michael McCaul’s regional office.
