Hong Kong Limited (ADSS Asia) announced today that it has added a new member to its management team with the appointment of Jacob Wissum as its Chief Administrative and Compliance Officer.
During his career, he has acted as legal counsel for a number of large European banks, such as . His longest tenure with such a company was between December 2010 until January 2017, when Wissum worked at . Initially, he started off as a legal counsel, before going on to be the Asia Pacific (APAC) Head of Legal and Compliance for the brokerage in Singapore.
Most Recently, Wissum worked at Bovill, a provider of specialist financial regulatory services. He first joined the company as a consultant in January 2017 from Saxo Bank. He then went on to become the head of their Hong Kong office.

“He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in Asia to ensure that our financial services activities are aligned with our legal and regulatory obligations. He will also enable the team to deliver the strategic objectives of the company amidst an evolving and challenging external environment.”
Wissum holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Laws, which he attained from Aarhus University in Denmark. He also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Commercial Laws from Copenhagen Business School.
