Fixi PLC, an online company, has appointed Dutch-national Frederik Franx as a Director. According to a regulatory filing with Companies House today, the position is effective from this Friday.
The appointment of Franx follows a number of employment changes at the broker in recent months. Earlier this month, the broker announced through a regulatory filing that had stepped down from his position as Director on August 3, 2018.
In January this year, Price joined the company as a director and Chief Financial Officer. He succeeded Steven Reeves, who left the company and resigned as a director on the final day of January.
Price has extensive experience in the financial markets. Before working for Fixi PLC, he was the CFO of , a provider of Forex and CFD liquidity. During his career, he also worked at the Royal Bank of Scotland, ODL Securities and IFX Markets.
It is unclear whether Price has since left the forex broker. According to his LinkedIn, he is still employed with the firm as its CFO. Finance Magnates has reached out for comment in regards to both Price and Franx, however, we have not yet received a response.
