Invast Global Adds Former Goldman Sachs and Citi Veteran to Board

Multi-asset brokerage and prime services provider Invast Global just added a new non-executive director to its board. A long-time industry veteran, Michael Cunningham is joining the company to support its ongoing expansion globally.

 

Cunningham is a former partner at KPMG’s Risk Advisory and was previously Group Treasurer at Goldman Sachs and Country Treasurer and Head of Financial Markets at Citi.

Invast Global is a subsidiary of Jasdaq-listed Invast Securities Co (8709.JP), with a global client base, based out of Australia’s financial center, Sydney. The company is one of the leading prime services providers in the region, serving small and mid-sized hedge funds, asset managers, proprietary trading firms, brokerages, and banks.
