Broctagon Prime as its new Executive Director. Mr. Oikonomides has been with the company since January 2016. Before joining the firm, he served as an Account Manager at FXGlobe.

Leandra McPhillips, Global Reach Partners
Marketing specialist Leandra McPhillips . The former CMC Markets veteran steps into a familiar role as the group’s Head of Marketing, having only recently parted ways with CMC Markets. She left CMC last month following a decade-long career with the FX, CFDs and spread-betting provider. In her new role she will continue to work in London.
Simon Martin, BTIG
BTIG shifted its focus to its London operations, as the newest Managing Director of its Institutional Equities team in London. The global financial services firm has made a plethora of hires already this year, namely for its fixed income and equities trading desks. Mr. Martin comes over to BTIG from Barclays, having worked previously as director of the lender’s equity sales and trading unit.

Philip Allison, KCG Europe
KCG Europe’s CEO Philip Allison after rival Virtu Financial completed its acquisition of KCG’s outstanding shares. Mr. Allison joined the business in 2014 after a 17-year career at UBS, most recently as Global Head of Cash Equities and EMEA Head of Equities, responsible for operations across more than 30 countries.

Cat Rust, UBS
Cat Rust joined UBS of Head of Innovation Technologies for Greater China. She lands at the Swiss lender after a lengthy career spanning over twenty-five years that’s seen her work in such areas as business management, internet consultancy, and digitalization.
Sami Mana, Cryptency
Sami Mana is reportedly with Leverate after a lengthy career with the technology provider. He is one of the longest serving Leverate, having joined the group back in 2009.
Mr. Mana will be leaving Leverate nearly one year after being elevated to the role of General Manager – he will be joining the newly launched B2B full turnkey cryptocurrency trading solution, Cryptency, as the group’s head.
