NZX Adds Capital Markets Veteran Frank Aldridge to its Board

Capital markets operator NZX has made a new senior appointment to its executive board, on-boarding Frank Aldridge, who steps into the new role with a lengthy resume in the New Zealand markets space with immediate effect, according to a company statement.

Mr. Aldridge is presently the Managing Director of Craigs Investment Partners, which is partly owned by Deutsche Bank Group and is one of New Zealand’s largest investment advisory and management firms. He has been working in the capital markets space for over a decade, also working at Craigs Investment Partners as its CEO.

He is also an accredited NZX Advisor and a Chartered Member of the Institute of Directors. In conjunction with the move, NZX’s longtime director Neil Paviour-Smith is slated to retire from the board on June 30, 2017 following fifteen years with the group.
