TORA, a provider of execution technology and financial services, has on-boarded former investment banking specialist David Tattan, who joins the group as its newest Head of European Business Development with immediate effect, Finance Magnates has learned.

The move comes amidst a new expansion for TORA into the European space, which Mr. Tattan will be responsible for helping foster. In this capacity, he will be based out of the firm’s Jersey office, reporting to Chris Jenkins, Managing Director, Sales and Operations, Asia Pacific.
Mr. Tattan joins TORA from Barclays Investment Bank, having worked in London at the group for over eight years. While at Barclays he worked as its Director and Head of POINT and Indices Client Services – EMEA. Additionally, he also held senior roles at Lehman Brothers as its Vice President, Indices Research and Portfolio Analytics.
He originally started his career at Interactive Data back in 2004 as one of its Senior Analysts for Fixed Income, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
