ACI Worldwide, a provider of real-time electronic payment and banking solutions, has announced that it has partnered with Computer Services (CSI), a fintech services company, to power its card fraud protection platform while building its long-term relationship with the company.
With a customer base that includes financial institutions and other businesses, it is imperative that CSI achieves the highest levels of security, particularly in terms of its fraud-detection services.
Advanced Fraud Detection Technology
By integrating ACI’s payments risk management solution, ACI Proactive Risk Manager, into its Card Sentry solution, CSI can monitor debit card transactions and proactively identify fraudulent transactions before they occur, thereby reducing overall fraud losses.
Proactive Risk Manager provides the company with fast and flexible tools that can adapt to the rapidly changing payments landscape, including the shift toward tokenization, the introduction of new forms of payments and the acceleration of immediate payments.
Now and into the future, fraud systems will need to apply advanced fraud detection technology, based on behavioural analysis, as well as a holistic view of fraud across multiple channels and accounts.
Proactive Risk Manager will enable CSI to introduce real-time alerting, with actionable notification through multiple channels such as mobile and e-mail.
