Borsa Istanbul has extended its range of data products with the release of Equity Market Data Analytics which will be generated from real-time order book and trade data. The analytics, which will be distributed starting from 1st June, 2016, will present important information about market conditions and trends which can be used by investors, market makers, algorithmic traders, high-frequency traders and risk managers.
Equity Market Data Analytics will initially be calculated for the stocks listed on the BIST 100 Index and there are also plans in place to extend the content of and define new data packages at a future date using different analytics and instruments.
Equity Market Data Analytics will be distributed via authorised data vendors of Borsa Istanbul and is the latest offering in its range of products and services geared towards expanding its presence in the marketplace, and further establishing Istanbul as an international financial center.
