Swiss Dukascopy Bank servers appear to be offline as the outage affects the real and demo platforms as well as the company’s website. There is no official information about the reasons for the outage yet, but multiple sources close to Finance Magnates are confirming that they have no access to their trading accounts.
With Janet Yellen speaking in about 10 minutes, the timing of this outage is quite unfortunate for traders with open positions during a rather volatile day for the currency markets.

According to the first tweets submitted about the matter, the outage occurred sometime around 10 minutes before 1 PM GMT.

UPDATE: The live trading platform of Dukascopy is now back up and running. For the time being there has been no information about the website’s functionality, but it appears offline.
