GO Markets UK Trading Ltd, formerly Melbourne-based GO Markets, has appointed veteran sales specialist Jay L. Mawji as its newest Head of Sales, where he will be based out of London.
Last month, . The firm merged with the Australian regulated broker, GO Markets, having previously been registered in the UK as an Authorized Representative on the FCA register, under the main license of Vantage FX in 2012.
In his new role as head of sales, Mr. Mawji will continue to oversee all sales-related activity for the new merged entity – he will be based out of London. The lateral move is the product of a merger between the aforementioned entities. Mr. Mawji held the role of head of sales & trading at Vantage FX UK Trading Ltd since April 2013. During this time, he led both sales and trading teams, dealing in FX, CFDs, binary options and precious metals.
