BNP Paribas Investment Partners, an asset management affiliate of BNP Paribas SA, has appointed Simon Roberts as its newest head of its global equity team, along with a trio of senior portfolio managers to serve his team.
In Mr. Roberts’ newest role as the head of global equities, he will be based out of London where he will report to Guy Davies, BNP Paribas’ director of equities. Moreover, he will have a team constituting of senior portfolio managers that includes Jonathan Barnett, James Mann and Stewart Lambert.
Prior to his appointment, Mr. Roberts worked at a number of leading asset management companies, including Fidelity, Lazard Asset Management, BlueCrest Capital and NewSmith.
