ADS Securities London Limited, a subsidiary of Abu Dhabi-based ABS Holding LLC, has named Philippe Ghanem as its newest Chairman of the Board, helping complete a spectrum of changes since its acquisition of Pioneer Trader by ADS.
ADS deals with a variety of financial instruments, including FX, CFDs and precious metals. The group has been fairly active in recent months in terms of personnel moves, including earlier this month.
According to a recent statement from Mr. Ghanem on the appointment, “ADS London is an important company with a lot to offer the market. I look forward to working with my fellow board members and to advising the management team. Financial trading companies are under a lot of scrutiny at the moment and I believe it is extremely important to work with regulators, to be transparent and always ensure that customers receive the level of service they are looking for.”
