A major executive change in the Far East for Oanda has occurred recently as the broker had to part ways with Jesper Bruun-Olsen Managing Director North East Asia.
Speaking with Forex Magnates, Rajesh Yohannan, Managing Director and CEO, OANDA Asia Pacific commented: “Jesper Bruun-Olsen has left OANDA to pursue new career opportunities. He joined OANDA in December 2012 as the Managing Director of OANDA Japan, leading our expansion in the region and driving impressive growth for the company. We wish Jesper all the best, and thank him for his contributions and leadership. Even through the tough market conditions of the last 18 months or so, our business in Japan has performed well. Japan continues to be a country of focus for OANDA, and we’ll continue to develop and localize products for Japanese traders.”
