Citi Private Bank Swaps North American Heads, Names Tracey Brophy Warson

Private Bank, a subsidiary of parent Citigroup Inc., has named Tracey Brophy Warson as its Head of North America, replacing the outgoing Peter Charrington, and filling a key vacancy in the aftermath of his promotion.

Citi Private Bank is the private arm of the Citi banking operations, specializing in a variety of alternative capital, and traditional investments. Earlier this year, Peter Charrington was promoted to the role of Global Head of Citi Private Bank, leaving a void that was consequently filled by Warson.

In her new role as Head of North America at Citi Private Bank, Warson will be reporting to Charrington, being based in New York and focusing on developing the bank’s interests in the region.

Warson joins Citi Private Bank from US Trust, where she worked for over three years as Managing Director. Prior to US Trust, she also worked at Wells Fargo for nearly 19 years as the Executive Vice President.
