London-based capital markets software provider, will deploy Symphony’s collaboration platform, which offers secure collaboration and workflow technology. The integration brings secure and compliant messaging to Genesis’s low-code application platform (LCAP) for innovation projects.
Teaming up allows users to communicate and distribute content directly from the ecosystem of applications already running on Genesis. Currently, in beta testing, communications can be initiated by the trader, or automatically based on a specific market event or situation, which ensures seamless deployment and the interoperability of Symphony.
Additionally, Genesis and Symphony’s partnership aims to speed up the delivery of technology and digitisation of trading workflows at reduced costs while also ensuring that clients can meet compliance requirements. Moreover, it connects of more than 500,000 global markets professionals to a range of applications designed and built on the Genesis low-code application platform.
Users Can Conduct Business via ‘Their Favorite Applications
Overall, the primary impetus behind Symphony is to foster the adoption of opensource technology within financial services. As such, Symphony’s open architecture allows Genesis to integrate their workflows with both their own applications and a growing ecosystem of third-party applications.
