There has been a change in Revolut’s marketing and communications department, Finance Magnates has recently learned, with Andreas Kapsos leaving the after four and a half years.
Earlier today in a LinkedIn post, Kapsos announced that he has left the UK challenger bank after four and a half years. Most recently, Kapsos was the Marketing and Communications Manager at the company.
“The time has arrived! After 4,5 years and being one of the very first employees at Revolut is time for new adventures. I will always be grateful for this unbelievable experience. A journey with a skyrocket, that has tested our abilities and limits and taught us how to get it done,” Kapsos said in his post this Monday.

According to his LinkedIn profile, Kapsos first joined Revolut in May of 2016 as the Social Media Assistant. As part of this role, he assisted with content across the fintech’s social media channels, engaged with customers and collected feedback for product improvements.
After only four months in this role, Kapsos went on to become the Social Media Lead for Revolut. In the six months that he held this position, he developed social media ideas across multiple social media channels and continued to improve the company’s product through client feedback and customer interaction.
In January of 2017, Kapsos was appointed to the role of Community and Social Media Manager, a title he held for just on a year. From here he went on to assume his most recent role, which commenced in December of 2017.
“I feel honoured to have met and worked along with some of the brightest minds in the field and together we made Revolut a-must-have brand/app, well-respected and a recognised company around the world. It is clearly something that I could not have imagined back in 2016 when I first started working,” Kapsos said on LinkedIn.
“Looking forward, I’m excited for what is next and can’t wait to look back after a few years again saying that “I couldn’t have imagined what we achieved”.”
