As part of its , Robinhood recently announced that it has added two new members to its legal leadership, with Christina Lai and Lucas Moskowitz to both serve as VPs and Deputy General Counsels.
Both of the new recruits to Robinhood will report to Chief Legal Officer Dan Gallager. Starting first with Christina Lai, she will be responsible for the oversight and growth of the legal group. In addition, she will be in charge of legal’s product, commercial and privacy teams the company said in an announcement on Wednesday.
The root of Lai’s responsibilities is to help support the trading provider as it continues to scale its operations. In addition to being the VP and Deputy General Counsel, she has also been named as the Corporate Secretary for the company.

Robinhood to scale up its operations
Lucas Moskowitz, on the other hand, will oversee regulatory, litigation and government affairs for the US-based company. According to the trading provider, he will play an important role as the company grows its team in Washington, D.C. and works with policymakers and regulators.
