Gary Dyer has joined Lloyds Banking Group as an Associate Director, Finance Magnates has learned today.
Dyer, a banking professional with extensive experience of foreign exchange, forecasting, budgeting and profit and loss management joins Lloyds with over 20 years experience gained in international banking organisations.
Dyer started his career at EBC Amro, moving to Mitsubishi Bank in 1987. He joined Credit Suisse in 1993 where he was tasked with overseeing Cable and Sterling crosses prior to joining IntesaBCI where he was responsible for running books on all the majors.
Dyer also held senior trader positions at Banca Commerciale Italiana and FX Invest, followed by five years at Lloyds TSB which he joined in 2005 with responsibility for managing in-house trading programmes.
Dyer’s next role was as a Director at Foreign Currency Innovations Ltd (FCI Markets), a leading online fx platform provider focusing on price and customer satisfaction and is a role he has held for the last six years prior to his latest appointment.
