The new world of online trading, fintech and marketing – for the Finance Magnates Tel Aviv Conference, June 29th 2016.
Systematica Investments recently launched back in January 2015, focusing on applied sciences and technology in terms of the investment process. The group manages upwards of approximately $10.0 billion across a number of futures and equity based channels with offices in Jersey, Geneva, London, New York, and Singapore.
In his new role at Systematica Investments, Mr. Richards will work as a quantitative analyst, based out of the group’s Geneva office. The move represents a slight change of focus for Mr. Richards, who for over a decade has been dedicated to the FX space at some of the industry’s leading lenders.
Prior to joining Systematica Investments, Mr. Richards worked as an executive director and senior FX options trader at Morgan Stanley’s G10 trading desk. In this capacity he worked for over a year, specializing in trading FX derivatives and helping steer customer flow and quantitative model development at the lender.
Additional stops also include stints at Credit Suisse as a director and FX trader, as well as a senior trader at the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), part of a lengthy career spanning back to 2002, according to information made public on his Linkedin profile.
