Covid-19 related pressure
Revolut has seen a series of departures over the few months as an aggressive profitability push.
The firm has lost eight senior executives since March this year. The departures were all in the bank’s “People Operations” department.
Due to the coronavirus crisis, the digital bank’s staff is under increasing pressure to meet targets, according to people familiar with the matter.
