The hiring spree at R3 continues, as Bryan D’Souza has left his position at Société Générale to become a Partner Manager at the, Finance Magnates has learned.

“I’m pleased to announce I have joined R3, as a Partner Manager with an EMEA focus after 7 fantastic years at Société Générale. I look forward to helping grow the number of quality CorDapps on the Corda Ecosystem,” D’Souza said.
D’Souza originally joined in July of 2012 as an IT Business Planning Analyst. His most recent role with the firm, which he was promoted to in 2016, was Electronic Trading DMA Client Connectivity – Associate.
Whilst at Société Générale, D’Souza was also involved in Société Générale’s Innovation Internal Start-Up Call (ISC), his LinkedIn states. During his seven-year tenure with the firm, he also held the role of Business Management – Cross Asset Execution – Associate.
During his career, D’Souza was a technology summer analyst at Citi. Whilst there he was involved in a high profile project Business Objects Shared Technology Environment (BOSTE) for the Distributed Configuration team and created documentation reports outlining the BOSTE project process, his LinkedIn states.
R3 expands operations in Europe
D’Souza joins R3 during a hiring spree for the enterprise blockchain company. As , the firm has recently doubled the size of its London office, by adding a second floor to accommodate new employees.
In addition, the software firm revealed that it will be further increasing its footprint in Europe, with the company announcing earlier this month that it plans to open an office in Dublin next year – its second office in the region.
