Adaptive Financial Consulting, a capital markets consultancy firm, announced this Monday that it has secured former Saxo Capital Markets UK employee Amanda Harrison as a Senior Sales Executive.
Adaptive Financial Consulting, more commonly referred to as just Adaptive, specialises in the development and support of real-time trading platforms. The company was founded in 2012 and has offices in London, New York, Barcelona and Montreal.
Harrison to Expand Adaptive’s Sales Team
Harrison, who spent six years working for , joins the company to expand its existing sales team. Based on her LinkedIn profile, she will work out of the company’s London office, where she is based.
The company’s sales team targets both sell-side and buy-side clients who want to build real-time trading systems. Specifically, their clients are looking for platforms that will allow them to stand out from the competition.
Most recently, Harrison held the role of Head of UK Client and Partner Support, with a focus on Solution Sales where she helped drive wholesale business growth. Prior to her six-year tenure at Saxo, she spent two years at GFT Global Markets where she was part of the institutional relationship management team.

Before she was at , Harrison was employed at the Nationwide Building Society where she was a Personal Banking Advisor, a position she held from 2008 until 2010.
In 2009, Harrison started attending the Buckinghamshire Chilterns University College in the United Kingdom. Here she graduated with a 1st Class BA in Business, her LinkedIn states.
