INFLYX and EVERFX Promote Georgios Karoullas to CEO

, a professional within the financial services industry, has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer for both EVERFX a regulated foreign exchange (forex) broker and INFLYX, , according to information on his.
EVERFX and INFLYX are both trading names of ICC Intercertus Capital Limited, an authorised and licenced firm by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). For both companies, Karoullas was previously the Chief Operations Officer (COO).
On his LinkedIn profile, Karoullas says on his role: “As CEO, on a daily basis I design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures in addition to setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
“Longer-term activities include establishing policies that promote company culture and vision. The key management obligations of the role are mainly overseeing daily operations, relationships with partners and vendors and the work of executives in various departments, leading employees to encourage maximum performance and evaluating this performance with data and metrics.
“I also propose and participate actively in expansion activities like investments, acquisitions and corporate alliances. I’m responsible for periodic reports to the board of directors on matters of importance.”
Georgios Karoullas’ career history
Karoullas first joined EVERFX in November 2017 as the Head of Operations where he was based in the capital of Cyprus. He held this position for five months until March 2018 until he was simultaneously promoted the the role of COO at the broker and INFLYX.
Prior to working for ICC Intercertus Capital Limited, Karoullas was employed at the Financial Trading Group, a financial services company specialising in forex trading and education. At the company, he was employed from April 2016 until October 2017.
Whilst at the firm, he held two roles – initially joining as the Operations Director – Senior Sales Representative and later in February 2017 he was promoted to Director of Business Development. In the latter role, he managed investment portfolios for more than 50 clients.
