Ori Hazan has become the CEO of Antelope Systems, a Cyprus headquartered call center management software and solutions company. In his former role, Hazan was the VP Business Development at Panda Trading Systems, where he worked for almost four years.
Hazan has a long track record in the trading industry, going back to 2012, with roles such as a manager of a customer success department and Vice President.
He initially entered the FX industry as a financial dealer at GLTFX in 2011, where he remained for roughly one year. He then joined the dealing room team at Dealserv in 2012, before taking over as Chief Dealer a year later.
By working on the ground floor of dealing rooms for two different companies, he was able to better understand the daily operations and challenges that global brokers often encountered.
Antelope, that was established last year, is a firm that focuses on call center management. According to their website, they are the “first call-center software to feature Artificial Intelligence”. The company is based in Limassol and offers an “all-in-one” solution with services like: a CRM system, billing, calls and SMS. Additionally, the firm also focuses on various marketing activities, such as email and affiliate marketing.
