NEX Exchange, part of NEX Group, an operator of a UK stock exchange for small and medium companies, has announced a new senior appointment to its board with Mireille Dyrberg joining as a Non-Executive Director.
Ms. Dyrberg presently works as the Chief Operating Officer of TriOptima, having been a part of the company for the past seven years, also working as its CEO for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. During her time at TriOptima she has overseen infrastructure functions as well as heading up the group’s credit risk analytics service, triCalculate.
Prior to joining TriOptima in 2008, Ms. Dyrberg worked at Dresdner Kleinwort as its Global Business Manager for Rates with additional positions at a multitude of financial institutions in London and Frankfurt.
Per the appointment, Ms. Dyrberg will join other NEX Exchange Board members Tom Binks (Chairman), Patrick Birley (Chief Executive Officer), and Non-Executive Directors David Ireland, Ian Chicken and Michael Berkeley.
According to Tom Binks, Chairman of NEX Exchange, in a statement on the addition of Ms. Dyrberg: “Mireille joins the NEX Exchange Board at an exciting juncture as we help more companies than ever list on our NEX Exchange Main Board and Growth Market. In addition to her involvement in governance, Mireille’s significant technology expertise will be a huge asset as we further develop our strategy.”
