ING’s Former FX Head of Sales, Emeryc Kpenou Parts Ways with Lender

Dutch banking giant ING has a key vacancy on its hands, following the departure of Emeryc Kpenou after nearly seventeen years with the lender, according to an FX Week report.

Mr. Kpenou has worked at ING since 1999, having joined as Managing Director and Head of Sales for Foreign Exchange and IRD, a position he held for over fifteen years – during this time, he helped manage the group’s FX portfolio while based out of London.

In 2013 however, he switched focus at ING, taking on the role of Managing Director, where he helped lead the group’s Client Solutions Group. In this role he helped advise the firm on a range of structured and project-finance deals, whilst also retaining a penchant and focus on FX.
