Monex, Inc., a subsidiary of Monex Group, Inc., has announced a series of organizational and personnel changes to its business, including four new promotions, according to a Monex statement.
Per the new appointments, Emiko Yokohara, Tadashi Fukushima, Rikiji Maki, and Tomomitsu Moriyama all find themselves in new roles as of April 1, 2016. In addition, Monex Inc’s Service Operations Department, which handles functions related to customer services management, will be consolidated into the Quality Management Office, with the Service Operations Department slated to be phased out on April 1, 2016.
More specifically, Emiko Yokohara will step onto the role of General Manager, Quality Management Office, following a stint as the group’s Assistant General Manager, Quality Management Office. Tadashi Fukushima has been promoted to the role of General Manager of Monex’s Trader Services Department from the rank of Assistant Manager.
Rikiji Maki and Tomomitsu Moriyama have each been elevated to the position of General Manager of Monex’s Investment Services Department and Client Account Department respectively.
Monex recently made headlines after it to clients within the trading platform. The streaming news service is compatible with iPad and smartphone apps for the Monex Trader platform, as well as the Market Station smartphone platform.
